PRICES 2012

  • The prices listed below are the standard charges and apply to the letting caravans A, B, C and D
  • There is an additional charge of £30 per week for caravans on the second to last row (caravans 22, 23, 24 are currently available for hire)
  • There is an additional charge of £50 per week for
    caravans on the middle two rows (15, 19 are available for hire)
  • There is an additional charge of £85 per week for
    caravans on the front two rows (2, 4, 6, 7, 10 are available for hire) and for Coast Path Cottage

  • THE BOOKING FORM IS SET WITH THE STANDARD CHARGES.  PLEASE MANUALLY CHANGE THE BOOKING DETAILS TO REFLECT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND YOUR START DATE BEFORE PRINTING AND SENDING A HARD COPY WITH YOUR DEPOSIT CHEQUE
  • All our caravans are non-smoking
  • All electricity and gas are included
  • All duvets and pillows are included you need only bring your own covers, sheets, towels etc
  • When 2 or more sequential weeks are booked (4 weeks max) in Caravans A, B, C and D we are able to offer a £30 discount on the second and further weeks 
  • (1) = this week is available at £100 off when you book a second week at the normal rate during July, August, Septemberin A, B, C and D
  • We do accept short break bookings (Mon - Fri and Fri - Mon).  Occasionally we can be flexible on start dates (not in the high season) but require a minimum of 2 night stay.   Please call 07725614246 or email info@ringsteadcaravans.co.uk to discuss your requirements

Renting a Caravan

All except four caravans on the Site are privately owned.

The four that are set up for renting are caravans A, B, C and D. They are available throughout the season, April to October, and are very comfortable and well fitted out and all sleep 6.

A few of the privately owned caravans are also available to rent on a limited basis only, at the owners discretion. Some caravans only sleep 4 or 5 please see Caravan Details before booking.

Renting Coast Path Cottage

Coast Path Cottage sleeps 8 and provides comfortable accomodation for large families (or possibly 2 families to share) close to the sea shore.  This is a Friday to Friday holiday cottage let available all year round.  We do take short breaks out of high season.  Please see holiday cottage by the sea for more information. 

The Booking Process - online

  1. To book a caravan first check which caravans are available on the dates you are interested.  Please be aware that caravans nearer to the front of the Site incurr an additional charge (see above) and that this is a Saturday to Saturday let.  To book Coast Path Cottage first check available dates.  Please be aware that there is an additional charge of £85 (see above) and that this is a Friday to Friday let
     
  2. To reserve your dates complete a booking request form.  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE BOOKING FORM IS SET UP FOR A ONE WEEK LET (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY) FOR THE STANDARD COST.  YOU MUST ADJUST THE DATES/PRICES (see above) MANUALLY ACCORDING TO YOUR LENGTH OF STAY AND PROPERTY/CARAVAN BOOKED BEFORE SUBMITTING AND PRINTING YOUR FORM.  A copy of your booking form will be automatically sent to us when you click the 'submit' button and we shall reserve your preferred dates for you for 7 days.  You will then have the opportunity to print off your completed form and send your deposit of £100
  3. A £100 deposit (*see below) is required within 7 days of booking in order to secure your chosen dates.  The full cost of your holiday (do not deduct the £100 deposit paid at the time of booking) will be due SIX WEEKS before the start of your holiday. 

    *    This deposit has a dual purpose - it secures your holiday dates and once you have paid for your holiday in full it will act as your damages deposit for your stay and will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.  However, should you cancel your holiday your deposit becomes non-refundable and for this reason we would encourage you to take out suitable holiday insurance
  4. On receipt of your deposit a confirmation letter will be sent together with further information 
  5. The full cost of your holiday is due SIX weeks before the start of your holiday.  No further acknowlegement will be sent unless specifically requested
  6. At the end of your stay your caravan/cottage will be checked for damages and the £100 deposit (less any charges incurred) will be sent back to you.  Please note should we beleive that some damage ahs occured we will contact you to discuss this before deducting anythign from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let your holiday week at the same rate and if successful will return all monies paid less the deposit.  If we are unable to re-let your holiday we reserve the right to keep all monies paid however we would be happy to look at alternative holiday dates should you still wish to holiday at Ringstead Caravans.  We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer a quiet Site in a glorious location offering plenty of opportunity for back to nature outdoor activities.  We do not provide

  • a clubhouse
  • a swimming pool
  • an artifical playground (Ringstead itself is one big playground for young and old alike)
  • pitches for tents or tourers
  • loud music, bingo, karaoke etc
  • a shop (there is a shop at the end of the road)

But if peace, rest and recreation are what you seek you can find them at Ringstead in abundance!
